<p class="p-news-article__intro u-mb-2">The International Padel Federation (FIP) have announced the new FIP Euro Padel Cup, which will replace the European Padel Championships in 2025.</p>

The <a href="https://www.ltapadel.org.uk/fan-zone/padel-event-calendar/fip-euro-padel-cup/">FIP Euro Padel Cup</a> will take place from 7-13 July and will include a total of 40 nations for the first time.

FIP is aiming to involve more nations in the competition in light of the extraordinary growth of padel in the world – and in Europe in particular. The event will give more athletes the opportunity to measure themselves at an international competitive level, wearing the jersey of their national team.

Great Britain are set to compete in the FIP Euro Padel Cup having also played at the European Championships this year. <a href="https://www.ltapadel.org.uk/fan-zone/fip-euro-padel-cup/news/great-britain-seal-top-10-finishes-at-the-european-padel-championships-in-italy/">The GB men’s team finished 7<sup>th</sup> while the women’s team earnt a 10<sup>th</sup>place finish</a>.
<h2 class="u-subtitle1"><strong>New format for the 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup</strong></h2>
The 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup will feature 40 men’s and 40 women’s teams competing in an exciting new tournament structure. The competition will be split into three phases in the journey to determine the ultimate champions.
