This year’s championships will be a historic edition, with it being the first to feature the men’s and women’s events simultaneously.

When are the 2024 World Squash Team Championships?

The 2024 World Squash Team Championships will be played from 9-15 December 2024. The pools stage will take place from 9-10 December, followed by the knockout stages. The women’s semi-finals will be played on Friday 13 December from 17:30 (GMT+8), with the men’s semi-finals being played the following day at the same time. The women’s final will be at 17:30 on Sunday 15 December, followed immediately by the men’s final, and then the trophy presentation.

The 2024 World Squash Team Championships are taking place at Hong Kong Football Club across nine different courts, including an indoor glass court and a brand new outdoor glass court, which will be utilised from the quarter-finals onwards.

A total of 49 teams are taking part in this year’s World Squash Team Championships, with 26 team’s contesting the men’s event and 23 contesting the women’s.
