Iga Swiatek isn’t hanging around!

The world No.1 wins the first set for Poland, 6-1, against Kazakstan’s Yulia Putintseva.

Cameron Norrie responds!

He wins the second set 6-3.

Rafael Nadal looked solid in the first set but looks to have lost his way in the second.

We’ll go to a third set decider where Norrie could pull off the upset of his career.

Against the serve, Cameron Norrie gets one up on Rafael Nadal.

It’s 4-2 in the second set for Great Britain.

Nadal was too error-prone in that game and really just handed it to Norrie in the end.

“Nadal has struggled with his first serve percentage in the opening set, but he has made a bunch of first serves in the second and that return again from Norrie sets up triple break point for Team Great Britain,” says Jim Courier.

“He is making first serves this game but he is not hitting his spots. It is right into the hitting zone of Norrie thus far. He needs to be a little closer to the sidelines or centre line.”

Rafael Nadal takes the first set for Spain, 6-3.

Great Britain’s Cameron Norrie puts up a valiant fight, but the world No.2 is just too good.

That took nearly an hour to wrap up the first set. Norrie needs to come back stronger in the second set to have a chance of winning this match.

Wally Masur wonders whether Cameron Norrie is suffering a bit.

“Just watching Cam the other night he was so good, flawless,” said Masur.

“I’m wondering is he suffering some PTSD having played Rafa too many times? Is he beaten before he began? He hasn’t been on, Norrie.”

Facing his third break point, Norrie responds by bringing it back to deuce against the serve.

“I think he heard you, Wally,” Jim Courier responds.

It’s still 4-2, and we’re onto our fourth deuce in this game.

Rafael Nadal earns the first break point against the serve!

It’s 4-2 in the first set.

The pair went to two break points after a few sensation exchanges, one that included Nadal offering his opponent Cameron Norrie a “bravo!”

This is proving to be an enthralling contest.

Ever wondered what the world’s best get up to just before they hit the court?

Board games, apparently.

Here. We. Go.

Nadal will serve first at a packed Ken Rosewall Arena.

Will we see an upset from the world No.14 ranked Norrie? Or will it be another win for the Spaniard?
